Support & Resources for Coping with Trauma

The mental health of our students, staff and school community is our concern

Through a partnership with the Oakland County Schools and Oakland Community Health Network trauma counselors will be available at our schools for our staff and students, and any one in our school community can contact the following crisis hotlines at any time 1-(800) 231-1127 or 1-(844) 446-4225.

If you or your child is in need of long-term support, there are 3 options available to you:

Work with your private insurance to find a provider.
Oakland Community Health Network’s non-emergency service access team determines eligibility to receive public mental health supports, as well as assists people in navigating information about private insurance mental health needs.

Hours of Operation:
Monday & Thursday 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Additionally, a 24/7 Resource and Crisis helpline/text/chat remains available for anyone who would like to speak with professionally-trained Helpline volunteers from Common Ground at 1 (800) 231-1127 and 1 (844) 446-4225
